Message	Stating in my ads that the PP price is +3%. I always have accepted USPS money orders, bank checks and cash. If the buyer chooses to use PP, then that's their convenience fee. I pay it when I'm buying something with PP, it's just understood. If the buyer wants to suggest splitting the fee, then that is up to them, and I may be accepting on that if there are no other offers on the product. But I'm not going to lose money if I don't have to. If the seller only accepts PP, then that's kind of bullshit IMO, to charge the 3%. But when given the option, it's a fair request.
